Financial Policy

We, here at Methodist Plaza Dental Group, take pride in being flexible with our patients when it comes to financial arrangements. We don’t want to tell anyone they can’t have the treatment they need or want because they can’t afford it. If it becomes difficult to take care of a co-pay, we will work out a plan that fits the needs of the patient. These arrangements are confidential. Following are details regarding payment options in our office.

Insurance & Co-Pays

Our office accepts most insurance plans and we are happy to file it for you. We will always try to assist you in understanding your insurance benefits., but the ultimate responsibility lies with you, the patient. If services are not covered due to reasons such as a waiting period, etc., then you are responsible for paying the charges.

Your estimated co-pay is due at the time of service. Should you have trouble taking care of your co-pay, arrangements must be made with one of our front office professionals prior to your appointment.

If your planner is filled weeks in advance and you need a visit to the Dentist, give us a call. With early morning hours, noon appointments and downtown availability, we can accommodate your busy schedule and get you back to tackling the challenges of everyday life!
